Former basketball player Doug Kramer has announced his plans for his health journey now that he is about to hit his 40s, which he hopes to keep well into his 60s.
“In order to challenge myself, I put a personal fitness level goal, and that is to be at my best physical shape, healthiest, by the time I turn 40. Then sustain till I’m 60!”
Doug said he thinks that as you get older, your metabolism slows down.
“It’s true, as you get older, your metabolism will slow down tremendously. If I chose to let go, golly I can smash a whole pizza and cake all to myself!”
“I don’t have to, but I WANT to. So a lot of discipline is needed. So much good food to resist, and habits to change. But I’m willing to take the road less traveled. Health is wealth!” Doug explained.
Cheska, his wife, encourages him on his fitness journey.
Besides, she aspires to be as disciplined and committed as his husband Doug.
However, netizens are complimenting Doug who is now in the flesh, based on a photo attached to his IG post.
