Nagbigay ng pahayag ang Vice President at Department of Education Secretary Sara Duterte patungkol sa budget briefing House Committee on Appropriations na ang hinihinging karagdagang 100 billion ay gagamitin ng ahensya upang iresolba ang problema sa basic education.
“If you give me 100 billion, I will solve all the problems of Basic Education”
Aniya, ang nasabing halaga ay pag gagamitan sa mga estudyante tulad ng kahinaan sa math, pagbasa at science skills ng lahat ng mga Pilipinong estudyante.
“If the Department of Education (DepEd) is given the budget that is requesting, we will be able to address the learning problems of our students.” tugon ni Vice President Sara Duterte kanina sa pagtatanong ni ACT Teachers Rep. France Castro.
Ayon kay Vice President at Department of Education Secretary Sara Duterte, naipaabot na sa Presidente ang kanyang kahilingan na mabigyan ng 100 billion para sa paglutas ng problema sa edukasyon.
“ And that is what I want to reiterate as well to Congress and House of Representatives, if you give me… give us, the people here sitting in front of you ₱100 billion, we will be able to solve the problem in six years. Thank you.” dagdag ni VP Duterte.
